Nintendo are just about to start pushing the Wii MotionPlus Wii remote accessory.
A whole bunch of games will emerge that need this new controller add-on to do the kind of actions we all thought the Wii/controller was going to be able to do in the first place. So in order to have one Wii controller you will need to buy the remote, the nunchuck (which should have come with the remote from the start) and the MotionPlus.

As you might of guessed this kind of pisses me off. Here’s the price of one Wii controller in Ireland:

Wii Remote: €40
Nunchuck: €20
MotionPlus: €20 to €25 approx

Total (at best) for one controller: €80

And as the Wii only comes packaged with one remote included, then you’re going to need to fork out for a nunchuck and a motionPlus for that too before you can play any 2 player MotionPlus games.
That’s a total of €120 extra just to play a 2 player game!

Oh and don’t forget to order your silly nintendo rubber condom thingy so you don’t end up throwing the whole kit and kaboodle through your precious flat screen tv.
