Afternoon on 23rd of February tens of people participated in Frozen Dublin act on Grafton Street.
Maybe it was not extremely popular, but people who ‘got frozen’ were visible. And for one ‘freezing performer’ there was one photographer. (via The Dublin Community Blog)
