I stopped eating 3 chocolate bars a day (yup, I know) a week ago because I was starting to worry about the affect it might have on the ‘ol ticker at some stage. One of the problems with having a lightning fast metabolism is there’s no visual indication (big flubby spare tire) of the damage you’re doing to yourself.
One week on and I’m quite proud of myself for not cracking.
Here’s my top secret, super dooper, wink, wink, nudge, nudge, tip for how I did it.
Instead of eating 3 chocolate bars a day, I ate three pieces of fruit a day.
It was pretty easy.
