OS Fanaticism
I don’t understand it.I’ve used the current batch of operating systems intensively and they’re all pretty much as stable and usable as each other by now (except maybe linux, that needs a bit more work before it will be non-techie friendly). But more importantly they all bore me as much as each other, I mean they’re just operating systems, they’re just the bones of your system, they host your applications and that’s about it.
What does interest me though is what applications you use, or more importantly, what you create with those applications: The music you make, the pictures you create, the words you imagine and capture - now that’s interesting stuff, that’s worth spending your time talking about and sharing.
