First off - it took me 3 attempts before I could fill out the registration form - very irritating set up.

Second, I DID NOT like the sneaky fashion in which the “Zen Engagement” package was tacked on to my order, adding an extra charge - with no easily viewable way to uncheck that “service”.

Third, after submitting my laser card details to finalise my order a page was returned simply saying “sorry, can’t process your order” - no other usable information.

This is the worst online purchasing system I’ve ever encountered, and I do a lot of purchasing online. I now have no interest in using it again and I wouldn’t recommend pixmania to anyone.
